Commercial Exhibit Opportunity at the 10th International DYMAT Conference in Freiburg, Germany,
September 2nd-7th, 2012


The DYMAT 2012 will provide commercial exhibit opportunities for displaying technical services and products pertaining to the dynamic behaviour of materials.

The DYMAT 2012 will be held at the Konzerthaus Conference Center in Freiburg. The modern conference center is conveniently located next to the main train station, and just five to ten easy walking minutes from the historic center of Freiburg.
How to reach the Konzerthaus Conference Center




Exhibit booths will be set up next to the symposium hall (plan). The coffee and soft drink service station will be located in the center of the exhibition hall. Coffee will be offered throughout the day, not only during the breaks.

Delivery Address

If you plan to send your exhibition equipment before Sunday, September 2nd, please kindly note that the delivery to the conference center is not possible until August 30th, 2012.

Exhibition Dates

The exhibition will take place from Monday to Friday during the conference, except Wednesday afternoon when a conference tour will take place.
Exhibitors will be allowed to access the Konzerthaus Conference Center on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and will be required to leave on Friday between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Registration for Exhibitors and Sponsors

Registration for the exhibition is possible until August 1st, 2012, and can only be made online by filling out the application form with accompanying credit card payment.
Registration and credit card payment are handled by Intercongress, our conference service provider.
